Shipping policy

Madiva ships throughout Italy via express courier in 2/3 working days from the order fulfillment. For some provinces in Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria, delivery is possible via courier in 3/4 working days. 

Madiva also ships to Europe via Express Courier in 4/5 working days from the order fulfillment. 

SHIPPING COSTS

For IT orders with an amount less than € 59.00, the cost of shipping with Express Courier is € 5.99 or € 7.99 for some areas in Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria. 

For EU orders with an amount less than € 149.00, the cost of shipping with Express Courier is € 14.99. 

For EXTRA EU orders, the shipping costs are as follows

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered from Monday to Friday. Enter your email address and phone number at checkout to receive updates on your shipment.

From the moment the goods are handed over to the courier correctly and within the expected time (unless otherwise agreed with the customer), any delays are not the responsibility of Madiva. Our Customer Service remains available for shipping assistance.

*ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and you can follow your shipment and possibly make changes to the delivery details directly. 

EXTRA EEA

Currently, we only cover some EXTRA EEA countries. If you need information for a shipment outside Italy and the European Union, please send an email to servizioclienti@madiva.it.
